How coaching works
Coaching focuses on the real decisions, relationships and challenges you are facing. Sessions are structured but flexible, usually delivered online, and anchored in three themes:
- Direction – where you are heading and how you position yourself.
- Impact – how you show up with boards, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Delivery – how you turn intent into consistent action and results.
NED Journey – coaching for aspiring and early-stage non-executive directors
NED Journey is a practical, honest coaching offer for leaders who want to move into non-executive roles or build their early NED career.
Sessions typically cover:
- Readiness and fit – what you bring and where it fits.
- Positioning – your narrative, CV and LinkedIn profile.
- Routes into roles – realistic options and how to pursue them.
- Adding value – how to show up once appointed.
NED Journey can be booked as standalone sessions or a short series, depending on your goals.
All sessions are online (60-minute session).
