Primarily food, farming and FMCG, including farmer-owned businesses, levy bodies and manufacturers.

How do interim engagements work?

Interim roles are usually 3–12 months, 2–4 days per week, with clear objectives, reporting and handover.

Do you provide coaching outside food and FMCG?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis where there is a strong fit with leadership and governance challenges.

Can I book a single coaching session?

Yes. The Leadership Reset and NED Journey can be started with an initial session, then extended if helpful.

Are prices fixed or bespoke?

Some offers are fixed price. Interim and retainer work are priced based on scope and duration.

Do you offer support for aspiring or new Non-Executive Directors?

Yes. I work with executives who are exploring or building a Non-Executive Director portfolio.

That includes positioning, board readiness, understanding governance and how to add value in the boardroom. I draw directly on my own experience as a Chair and NED.

Can you help with sustainability and ESG?

Yes. I have led sector-wide sustainability work, including chairing the UK Dairy Roadmap, and I help organisations integrate sustainability and ESG into strategy, leadership and governance.

The focus is on practical steps that align environmental goals with commercial and stakeholder realities.

Where are you based and how do you work with clients?

I am based in West Yorkshire and work with clients across the UK and beyond.

Most work is delivered online, with in-person sessions where it adds value. We agree frequency and format upfront so it fits your schedule and the level of support you need.
